How to get support?

Do not hesitate to submit support ticket if you have any question about our products. You can create support ticket without registration, just leave email where you want to receive reply notifications. When you will create the first ticket, we'll create user account for you and send its details to supplied email. You will can use this user account to read your ticket reply and communicate with support. When you will need to submit new ticket, you will use your login and password that you received by email. Please supply real working email address when you submit support ticket. It is often situation when invalid email is used to submit support ticket and client can not read response. Don't afraid of spam, we don't send it! We will send to your email your support ticket response only, not more.

Our support will answer any questions during one business day (usually even in 1-2 hours). Please do not submit the same question repeatedly! Repeated questions are sent to the last place in tickets queue. We respond to any ticket during one business day, you don't need to ask the same twice. Business days are ones from Monday to Friday, excluding large holidays like New Year. So please be patient and wait reasonable amount of time for your ticket response.
