I paid for software but didn't get link to download program. What do i need to do? |

Don't panic! Please perform following steps:
- Wait up to 1 hour from the moment when you paid. Our payment gateway 2CO performs a lot of security checks on each transaction. These checks need time. Money are not go to our account until these security checks are finished. And, of course, we don't send activation code until money went to us. Security checks usually need 30-60 minutes. It is out of our control, it is 2CO rules and we are forced to comply them. From the other hand, it is not bad that they have so strong fraud protection. You have to wait 30 minutes for each payment processing, however, you may be sure that this system will block any unauthorized transaction made with you credit card or PayPal account.
- Check your Spam folder. Free email providers are always buggy. Theirs so called spam filters not always can protect you against spam, however, they dislike activation email. It is very often thing when you Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, etc. send our email with activation instructions to Spam folder, and our clients can not find them. So please always check this folder if you don't receive activation instructions during a hour from payment moment.
- Contact support. So, if you didn't receive activation instructions to your email during more than 1 hour from payment moment, and you didn't find this email even in Spam folder, please submit support ticket to billing department. They will help you. Make you sure that you supplied valid email during support ticket posting, because your support system account details and answers will be sent here.
