• You use free email provider with automatic spam filter. It is very often problem, because a lot of people use free email providers like Google, Yahoo, AOL, etc, and all these providers use too aggressive spam filters. They can mark our activation information email as spam and place it at Spam folder. Always check your Spam folder if you use Gmail, Yahoo mail, AOL mail, Hotmail and any analogous free email provider, because email message with activation instructions can be saved here.
• Your mail box is out of disk space. Some email providers limit disk space usage for free mail boxes. If your mail box is overfilled with not needed email messages, it may become impossible for you to receive new emails, including activation instructions.
• You made spelling error when entered email address. It is often problem too. Please double check what you enter in customer information form or use copy/paste method to leave correct email address.

We say you so many about email address because it is really the most often cause of problems. 

When you received activation email from us, you have to click activation link int this email message. You will see activation form.

You have to enter your MySpace account login email to unlock this account for unlimited use with MySpace Promoter.
