Your recipients (readers) auditory is a critical part of your MySpace marketing campaign. You have not only to have anyone who is forced to read your posts; you need targeted auditory that probably can be interested in things your speak about.

I implemented a lot of search features in MySpace Promoter to satisfy your needs in targeted readers. You can see all search features if you open Search for recipients MySpace IDs tab in MySpace Promoter window. You have to start from Recipients MySpace IDs sub-tab. Here you can see what MySpace IDs are current loaded in MySpace Promoter and are ready to received you posts. When you downloaded and installed MySpace Promoter at the very first time, you will see that Recipients MySpace IDs list is empty. You have now to grab any MySpace IDs if you want to post anything.

You have to add at least one MySpace account to Senders MySpace accounts list before you start your future readers search. The cause is that MySpace needs to sing you in before you can perform some search types, so MySpace Promoter has to know your login and password to do that. Please review How to add my MySpace account to MySpace Promoter?  article for details how to add your MySpace account to senders list.

MySpace profiles search is executed in following way:

  • Select search type from a list box at the bottom of MySpace Promoter window (see image).

Select search type

  • Set search parameters in corresponding sub-tab of Search for recipients MySpace IDs tab. For example, if you selected Basic search in the list on image above, you have to open Basic Search sub-tab and set up search parameters here; if you selected Basic & Lifestyle, you have to open Basic Search sub-tab and set up parameters here; when done, you have to select Lifestyle sub-tab and set parameters here. Parameters are self-described and don't need any special description here, in fact they duplicate the same search parameters from MySpace Basic Search and MySpace Advanced Search forms.
  • When parameters are set, you have to click Find MySpace IDs to collect found readers. When search is finished, all found IDs will appear in Recipients MySpace IDs list.
