Random delays between posts mean how often bulletin will be brought on top. For example, if you select to bring your bulletin on top 24 times each 5 minutes, it will appear on top during 2 hours. Random delays are used for human emulation. For example, if you select random delay from 4 to 6 minutes, it means that some times bulletin will be reposted on bulletins board post after 4 minutes delays, some times after 5 minutes and some time after 6 minutes. Such delays will look more natural than 5 minutes fixed delays.

Please keep in mind that your MySpace profile may be banned for too active bulletins postings (especially with a small delays).
