I run installer, but installation progress hangs. Why?

VASoftOnline MySpace Promoter (and any other VASoftOnline software) uses .NET Framework. .NET Framework is Windows extension created by Microsoft. If it is not installed on your Windows, VASoftOnline MySpace Promoter installer will attempt to download latest .NET Framework version and install it on your computer automatically. It may need up to 100 megabytes of Internet traffic and up to 60 minutes of computer working time. Such long operation may result in your wrong impression that installer hanged. However, it doesn't, it just updates your Windows.

If your Windows doesn't contain required .NET Framework version, installer will ask you to install it (see image below).

.NET Framework

You have to accept .NET Framework terms of use (it is free), and your system update will start when you did it. You will see installation progress windows like ones on image below.

Installing .NET Framework

As I said before, installation is not fast, that is why you will not see any changes on progress bars for a long time. However, it doesn't mean that installer hanged, it simply has too complex task. .NET Framework installation needed 10 minutes on Intel Core i7 920 based computer with 2 megabits per second Internet connection. If your computer or Internet connection is slower, .NET Framework installation may need up to 60 minutes.

So be patient and wait until .NET Framework will be installed. Installer never hangs, but some times it has to perform too large work on your Windows update and works slowly.
