Improvements list follows:

• HTTPS only profiles support is added. Twitter recently added HTTPS only profiles feature. It allows user to switch its Twitter accounts to encrypted SSL connections and to disallow work in not-encrypted mode. It made problems to HTTP-based Twitter Promoter. Now Twitter Promoter works correctly with HTTPS only profiles. However, we don't recommend to use this feature too often: it needs more resources for the same task, and if you are not rebel from Syria or Libya, your tweets are really not something that needs so powerful protection.
